Very helpful and efficient staff. Got a discount on my repair for doing multiple services. Was very pleased with the work as well as the customer service. Good customer service is hard to find in Jamaica but they're one of the exceptions. Got an email notifying my shoes would be ready 2hrs earlier and 5mins before they opened that day they messaged me to say I could come pickup. Top notch. I'm now searching my closet for any shoes that may need repairing.

What I enjoy most about Elite service is their excellent customer service. They explained in detail exactly what my options were to manage my expectations for my repairs.
