Spacious. Professional. Clean. They can be quite accommodating if you call ahead to explain your situation. The photographer is patient and helpful. The staff provides great customer service. They do a wide range of photographs and services.

Service was decent. Transaction was quick and easy. In and out in under 30 mins with photos in hand. Covid protocols were in place, not the greatest, but I suppose it gets the job done. They did have a greeter at the door to assist which was helpful and she was very pleasant.

The customer service was very good. I asked about a particular service and it was not available. They didn't just say it's not available, the young lady asked for my email so should update me when it was ready. She then proceeded to asked everyone if they care getting through. I must say Jamaicans is not too keen on giving good customer service; so once you get excellent service one must acknowledge it.

While I can't speak for everyone, my experience was pretty good. They offer a lot of different photography services. Staff was efficient and courteous.
