Great customer service. The place was empty upon arrival so no wait time to get through. Cashier was very interactive and customer service was great. Staff was also moving fast so no one had a long wait. Five stars for me!

Consistently a pleasant experience with a quality menu. The ambiance is lovely and quite relaxing.

Poor customer service. Poor communication. Lack of professionalism. The wait time here is ridiculous! Based on my observations over time it would appear as if the workers are very disorganized! If you see my thank five customers inside and you're in a rush don't even consider buying here.

Their christmas tree was still up and the pale turquoise and red combination was gorgeous!!

I have the same experience at more than one locations where they tell tou that the only chicken sandwich you can get is homestyle and the only side order is fries.
