Wendy's

I'd never go back to that specific restaurant in liguanea. The line ever moved the staff was all over the place. The cashier was basically taking orders while service and making shakes. Then the staff was rude when responding to queries very poor customer service. My son and I left after waiting in line for almost an hour. Not even worthy of a star😠👎

Staff needs additional training... too many times an item is missing. They forget to read the ticket and give customers the food they pay for. Today I had to state an item was missing. They didn't even say I'm so sorry about this.

The waiting time is good . The food is still living up to its name . But you know sometimes the service is a bit poor.

Wendy's in Liguanea is the best Wendy's location that I've tried with VERY RARE instances of food quality issues. The changes since COVID mean that there's nowhere to sit anymore while waiting. Generally they maintain their quality.

Still good food. Still good service. Just wish they had distanced dining now.
