Deli works does excellent cuisine, including vegan options, very chill spot to meet up and have some good Jamaican styled food, especially frequent here on Sunday evenings. They're prices are little on the high end side for a typical meal, but the taste and ambiance is worth it. Good food. Good service. I'm hooked. :)

If I was able to give them no stars or a 1/2 star i would. I don't write reviews but i was really disappointed and upset by what I got today from Deli Works in Sovereign that I felt the need to share my horrible experience with their food. First off, a friend bought the food for me...and I felt really bad that they wasted their money on this and that I was not there to tell them don't bother getting it. Once i received the food, I had to ask if this was what I had ordered. (Chinese Roasted Chicken with mashed potatoes, lettuce, carrots, tomatoes and sweet corn). The chicken did not look presentable at all, nor did it look like it was roasted. It looked like yesterday's stewed chicken thrown into the oven and reheated and a wet sauce thrown on it that did not get time to bake on to it properly. The chicken was quite salty and apparently they used all the salt on the chicken because the potatoes were very bland, I doubt they even used butter in it . The only part of the dish that was edible were the vegetables and they didn't have to do anything to them other than cut them up and the other vegetable came from a can (the sweet corn). Maybe this was an off day for them....but I'm not willing to take that chance. They are now on my "NO GO" list.
