They give little to no interest in answering there phone nor do they give a dam about customers receiving there goods.
As i shipped from uk vy Kingley's shipping and they put it in the Hands of Future shipping services to move no further than excuses.
Goods arrived 1st December 2020 Daughter call got through on phone will look into it call you back 5 min.
Guess what no call back, Daughter called again only to say we dont know where they are.
After that stopped answering phone.
Would give no stars if it was possible.
To there lack of interest my grandchildren went without the Christmas food and nice's that i put in there for Christmas for them.
28th today Christmas gone still don't know if they can be bothered now. Hope your proud of you behaviour.

Having the same issue as the person above or below shipped my goods from the UK for Christmas and ended up going without Christmas dinner and they won’t ever correspond with me to let me know what’s going on!!
