After attending there two visits. I still was not able to get the phone they were offering. At first it seem like the rep was unfamiliar with the system and the second visit confirmed same.

The staff was pleasant and the reason for the visit was resolved quickly

At least the network moves quickly. Teamwork marginal. One staff in particular needs to be removed from frontline. I genuinely try to avoid the Digicel stores.
