Went to Watts New to purchase a Canon Camera Out of stock so the rep said she will be getting it within 2 weeks so I deposit 60% of the cash to ensure i get it 2 weeks pass..so I called.. its not here 3 days later.. I called.. its not here.. they now mention 2 to 3 weeks 3 weeks pass..4 days extra..7pm Saturday Night the camera is here but forgot to ship the assets the camera comes with 😑😑.. give us a week...which monday Monday pass no call.. Wednesday..mi mad now.. went there... Tripod is not here until next Tuesday. 😅😅 At this moment I am frustrated, plan kind of mess up.. and I just need my money back. I have not collectec the item or even leave the store with any..

Nice interior. Place can be tricky to find if you don't know the area. Prices here are fairly high, keep that in mind. Overall a reasonable place.

Convenient for small purchases like aux cables

Lovely spot to get all electronics. Went there to replace my headphones and ended up buying gifts for Christmas. Customer Service was on point. I even got my gifts wrapped and labelled. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful and quite knowledgeable about her electronics. Impressed with their quality for price. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
