Bns crossroad you need customer service. You cant have people waiting in line for over 2 hours to get inside the bank in the hot sun and wearing a mask. Slow service. If you have to do business there take a day

I would like to commend Ms Gayle Homes at the Crossroads branch for working assiduously in resolving my issue, she went above and beyond to make sure that I had a good rest of day and that's gold 🏆

The Customer Service Rep was very Rude, he gave attitude from the start of the Conversation until we were finished. He shouldn’t be placed at such post if he doesn’t appreciate people.

Customer service, arrangements for personal banking, and overall service slow poor and needs reevaluating

Banking at this branch is a hassle. It takes over 30 minutes to complete any transaction. There is no express lane for single transactions. The bank has 14 Teller stations with about 4-5 stations open. For a bank whose service fees so ridiculous they need to provide better in branch service to their customers. The commercial line provided have customers waiting with no attendance.
