If I could give zero stars I would!!!!! I have given this place so much business and today was the worst I have experienced. Firstly the person should take the temperature was not at his post. After being sanitized and about to enter the lobby this man is running to tell me I must look at him while he takes the temperature....why were you not at your station??? Secondly I left my health insurance and asked the receptionist if I get it. Her response was most tactless and callous. She claims she'll ask the dr if he can stay while I get the insurance or I pay in full before I leave. She didnt ask the doctor a thing and secondly I said I'll get the insurance. I'm NOT dishonest and have done business with this place several times. It is unfortunate that this place believe even recurrent clients can bee dishonest. I'm officially finished with elite and I have gotten another reputable who deals with people with integrity and professionally. Very nasty of you elite....very nasty!!!

Was well pleased with the service offered and the courteous staff at the New Kingston branch of Elite Diagnostic Center. Keep up the good job.

Service was quite disappointing. I have been to both locations and been disappointed on all occasions. Other than the decor and courteous nurses there is not much to be desired especially if one is conducting pregnancy ultrasounds.

Courteous and professional staff complemented by a lovely ambiance are the influencers for a lasting first impression. I was particularly impressed that perched on a coffee table in the waiting area was a copy of the Holy Bible. That says a lot about the company's management and the values they hold. Parking was tight however, the attendant in the parking area "squeezed" me in elsewhere. The wait was also extended spanning more than an hour hence the reason for 4 stars.

Excellent Service. Front desk individuals are very professional and helpful. I love that the results are ready within 1 working day.
