As for the delivery men, they get 5 stars. The 1 star is for the poor equipment that CEVA sent the delivery men with. I ordered a 425 pound gazebo. One box was 360 lbs, the only equipment that CEVA gave their moving men was 2 little contraptions, that looks like a skateboard, to move this 360 lb box. I was so afraid that they injured themselves badly. They had to stop several times due to over exertion and pain. This is inhumane. I felt it necessary to report the abuse your workers are enduring because I know that they will not complain because of fear of losing their job. CEVA you must do better than this and treat your workers with humanity. Supply your movers with better moving equipment so that they do not risk injury. Keep your employees safe.
Unfortunately the experience with this company is everything but pleasant.
My wife and I ordered a couch and CEVA was in charge of the delivery. Two guys came,one of them working without contract. They committed high negligence doing so.On top of that both of them broke company policy,getting into our house.They were suppose to leave the couch at the door,we did not know about that rule and we did not even think anything would happen..
To our surprise the day after delivery my wallet with $1.500 dissapeared.Missing.

Displaying A+ Safety skills in a very confided neighborhood and pathway in East Setauket NY 04/30/20 11:47 a.m. As a driver on the road intercepting routes this drivers courteousness to delegate an open pathway for the safest means was very admirable. His tactics and approach were top notch.

Terrible service. We ordered vanities from Costco and Ceva was supposed to deliver them yesterday. Without contacting us, they marked the order as delivered and we did not receive the order. We cannot get in contact with them. Costco, please use another logistics company!!
Horrible Customer service 😑 and No One Calls to Update you and they don't take Calls and they Update false information to safe guard their self and make their self look good.. I was charged $199 to deliver a TV I should have received on the 11th and Today is the 13th and No one has tried to Contact me or Update me and they just don't answer their phones so am left Hanging
