I had a friend call in for an appointment. My Japanese was very limited and he explained the whole situation to them of what needed to be done. When I came in the receptionist was quite rude and turned me away because I didn't speak Japanese. I had my friend come in and deal with it. If you don't speak Japanese bring someone that does because the receptionist is not helpful at all. The doctor on the other hand was absolutely wonderful. Very cheerful guy and super helpful. My suggestion is to train the receptionist to be more compassionate. This is probably why so many 1 star reviews. The doctor on the other hand was quite competent and good at their job. It's a shame all the down ratings most likely due to the front line staff being unskillful in handing patients.

I have no complaints about the teacher who always treats me Thank you very much. However, I always think that the receptionist is really the worst. It feels bad and there is a lack of knowledge study. These people evaluate it because of themselves Don't you know it's down?

The impression of the reception was bad. I don't think it's facial expression, voice, correspondence, reception. It feels uncomfortable to take such measures in a place that gives the first impression of reception. The treatment does not give much anesthesia and it hurts.

I overturned the comment that I used to go on a regular basis, but said that I didn't need to be treated yet. And I comment as if the patient is bad. Dental assistants are all useless stories.

For the first time, I had my teeth cleaned. The petite teacher gently responded and I'm glad my teeth are beautiful ♪ I was worried whether the tool that cleaned my mouth was beautiful.
