Very nice German bread. A bit salty for my taste and unfortunately not organic.

Kouign-amann and scones are recommended. The jerky caramel layer and butter-flavored dough are sure to be addictive. Anpan is also modest in sweetness ⭕. Since there are few side dish breads, it is not evaluated. It looks like a shop affiliated with "Uzumasa Gakuen" in Kyoto. If you are interested, please check it out.

I have my favorite side dish bread, but ... I was disgusted by the unpleasant customer service. There are female clerk who don't even ask me to enter the store, and I feel like I'm making a fool of people, so it feels bad. The bread is delicious.

The hard system is simple and you can enjoy the good taste of wheat. There aren't many tiny danish dishes, and there are plenty of hard dishes and side dishes. The sweet type is not too sweet, and it goes well with the dough. When I thought it was a delicious table bread at a restaurant in Nara city, it was this bread!
