This is Very awesome! Local people may not aware, but this park is very good as it is filled with many songs and poetry of historical person. There is a ship, this also tells us about historical lessons. The shape of lake and the landscape imitates the ancient sea route of business.

One of the most beautiful parks I've ever been to. Great view over the harbour area and the Buddhist temple Kaikoji (海光寺) is a true gem with two sokushinbutsu mummies.

Beautiful outlook over the city of Sakata. Surrounded by old temples, nestled in nature. Great place for a stroll, a short respite, an evening's contemplation. With a local and very shy cat population.

you should not be lured by picture. Image is so powerful to entice you to come here but it will turn out to be a vaper in the wind. Especially this park is the worst I ever come.
