Before starting Apple Gym, I had a poor health life, such as eating junk food at night and staying up late due to work stress. I thought that I would get sick if I kept going, so I started personal training on my 27th birthday with a strong desire to become confident.
At Apple Gym, I was made aware of the importance of eating. Until now, I used to skip breakfast every day and eat a lot of supper, but under the advice of the trainer, I ate low GI foods such as brown rice for breakfast, and for dinner I used salad chicken with high protein and low sugar. I switched to a lighter meal such as wakame soup. In this way, I was able to reduce the amount of sugar and fat that I had ingested in large quantities, and I was able to adjust my diet.
Also, I can continue to work out in this way because the trainer always answers my questions kindly and gives me advice on how to build a body that suits my constitution. To be honest, I used to think that I wouldn't accept questions other than when I was working, but in reality, the opposite is true, and when I hear LINE, they answer immediately. I am satisfied with the service of Apple Gym.
In addition, the most joyful change since I started training is that not only my physical condition but also my mental health has improved considerably. I've been suffering from depression and insomnia since the Corona disaster, but now I'm alive during the day and a good night's sleep. Muscle training has now become a very important part of my life.
