I came here for a summer school program. Geographically, the university is filled with a lot of trees and floras. The nature characteristic of university is able to create a conducive environment for study. Eco-friendly approaches are practiced like other areas in Japan. The laboratories here are very well-organized and clean, which are recommended for foreign students to pursue their postgraduate studies here. Doing master or PhD research in this institute is encouraging as the research environment is very strong and well-equipped with various testing and characterization facilities. The university staff and students here were very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a very good experience and has been my pleasure to join the amazing summer school program held by KIT for duration of a week.

The omelet rice, which is a school cafeteria called Veritas, is cheap and delicious. Other than that, the employment rate is good.
