Sakata's only department store, it is also working to revitalize the downtown area's business. It is a fairly bog-standard Japanese department store, with the associated shops and sections. The 5th floor is often used to host special events or displays and the 4th floor often has seasonal or regional shops coming in and out. Those by themselves make it worth checking out periodically. They also have frequent sales during holidays and events which are worth checking out.

When I went there for the first time in a long time, I got the impression that I had everything I needed. The arcade has a strong sound game and there are not many customers, so it is just right to do it without worrying about the eyes. There are restaurants, and at the event booth, restore PCs inventoried by companies are on display. There is a moire nearby, so the lighthouse may be a dark spot.
