Even though the dispensing department is crowded, we want to respond carefully while looking at the eyes of the customer, but why the customer service of the over-the-counter pharmacist is arrogant?

The pharmacy itself has no problem, but I stopped going because the staff of the prescription corner makes me feel uncomfortable every time. I was loudly confirmed about sickness and medicine many times, I was ashamed or asked a question irrelevant to prescription with a stupid attitude.

Dispensing pharmacy attached. Dispensing pharmacies have different business hours, from 9:00 to 19:30 on weekdays except Wednesdays. 9: 30-19: 30 on Wednesdays only. Saturdays are from 9:00 to 17:30 and closed on Sundays and holidays. The reception was very polite.
