Worst service ever, just because I look foreigner, they thought I wouldn’t understand Japanese and didn’t let me in. I was really disappointed by this service.

Gym looks nice from pictures, but to get membership you need to speak japanese, so I couldn't get membership !!! :-(

Literally the worst service ever. Once you move out you have to be physically there to cancel the plan otherwise you'll always be charged.

Poor manners of users of machines and free weights. Low awareness of noise. Rather zero. She doesn't notice the sound she makes because she is wearing earphones.
