Conrad Osaka

Words cannot describe this wonderful hotel!!!!! The atmosphere design hospitality and I mean everything was perfect. Absolutely beautiful and stunning!

Best hotel I’ve stayed in, new facilities and our room, the executive corner suite was amazing. However, the service in Tokyo Conrad is a tad better.

I have nothing but bursting positivity to share about the Conrad Osaka. The hotel is immaculate and the staff are on another level. We were upgraded to a corner suite and the views were phenomenal. The room amenities were top notch and clean. There is a small console beside the bed that can control the lights, temperature, and the curtains. TV had both english and japanese channels. The 24/7 room service was also fantastic. You must try the Wagyu Bacon Burger, easily one of the best burgers I've had in Japan! The pool is heated and is perfect for swimming laps and there is a bath house area as well with hot pools similar to an onsen. Breakfast had many choices and 3pm tea time was great. We had a spa day that was to die for, but it did cost nearly as much as our 3 night stay, no regrets. Special shout out to Shoko the customer service manager and Mingi, a front desk clerk. Both made us feel very welcome.

My girlfriend and I have never been treated better while staying at a hotel. It was a fantastic experience. Beautiful - every bit. The bar had a beautiful view, and music sung by the fantastic Stuart. The breakfast buffet was fresh and full of variety - it was truly wonderful. The rooms were amazing. I couldn’t suggest it enough.

One of the best properties in Osaka. Beautiful views from every room and the restaurants and lounge. Great breakfast and we got a nice corner room upgrade for being a diamond member. The executive lounge can get crowded and it looks like some people were trying use it for dinner. The food was ok but go out and find real food - Osaka has so many amazing choices that if you can stay at the Conrad, you should be able to get a real meal!
