The manhole card of Chuo City was initially distributed in the sewer section of the second floor of the Tamago government building, but the sewer moved to the Tatomi government building and has been distributed on the first floor of the Tatomi government building south building since January 2020

You can get manhole card at 2F sewer. It is wonderful because of polite God correspondence.
