It took less than 5 minutes. Certainly, as you can see in other reviews, it was more of an impression that the uncle usually responded to the impression of customer service as a sales voice, but there was no problem for Ogi. It was surprisingly fast. Thank you very much. The police let me register a lost item by phone quickly.I told them my address, where I thought I had lost the item, and I did not need to tell them my phone number because it was displayed.It took less than five minutes. As mentioned by other reviewers, it was not a case of a typical Japanese customer support (with a high pitched voice etc.) but more of a forty to fifty something guy answering the phone quite normally, but that was not a problem to me at all. It was quicker than I hoped. Thank you very much. I registered another item today, and the young lady on the phone was very polite.I am not sure what all complaints are about.

I can not make myself understood on the phone. I think that there is some unavoidable part because it is not a customer service, but I can not do the minimum correspondence as a person. It is mysterious how I spend my other life.

The telephone and the correspondence are the worst, regardless of the brother at the window. Especially uncle police officer. Perhaps the old man on the phone didn't learn decent customer service, and it was so high that he didn't listen to people and tried to make him a bad guy. Ordinary companies will immediately complain. The uncle, the attitude, the mood, and the mouth of the correspondence are bad.
