OS Drug Kichijōji

After I check out, find that my quantities are wrong. Only bought one, but charged me two. So upset. I just pass by, difficult to go back. Not sure what makes it happen. It was my first day at Japan. Make all trip a bit worried.

Very low price for the drugs. However some goods is not available here.

The inside of the store is very small. The last minute you hit a person when you pass each other. The products are cheap, but the customer service of the clerk is cold and unfriendly. Considering the stress, I go to another drugstore even if it is a little higher than here.

The number of items in the store is empty and the display is dirty. The store is small and I can barely pass each other
