I have been using it since the pre-opening in 2019. When I went to another gym about 5 years ago, the membership fee was high even if I was under 30 years old and I used only the pool, but NAS has a low membership fee so I use the machine every time. Thanks to walking with muscle training 2-3 days a week, I lost weight and my body was squeezed a lot! After all, NAS has an artificial hot spring, so even if you get tired, it is an advantage that you can heal muscle fatigue. Corona measures are solid. However, the machine is liable to break down and is often repaired. Even if you try to adjust the inclination of the chair, it may not move, so that is a minus. Even on Saturdays, the usage time is a little short until 21:00 ... (I often give up). But it's impossible to meet everything, so if you want to go late, leave it to fitness 24 hours a day.

The building and the machine were still new and I was able to train comfortably. There are several types of baths, one of which was a white hot water bath. The TV in the sauna was big and I could watch it. At the entrance of the changing room, there was a sticker saying "Take off your shoes here ...", but I went in as it was without noticing it m (__) m Let's be careful, too.

The interior is bright with lots of light, and it is a good size than the appearance, so you can stay calm and stay for a long time. We also make good use of all-you-can-drink hydrogen water and protein. It is convenient to be able to go empty-handed when you think of it.
