I let my kids go, but the level of customer service is incredibly low, as the word of mouth says. I'm having fun with my kids so I can go there, but I think it's because I haven't been able to give guidance as a service industry. For example, in a conversation, when you ask me to tell me a spare day when I want to change my child's schedule. When do you want to come (Isn't it so open?) So what about this week? It's full this week. So what about this day next week? It will be filled next week So when are you free? There will be a free day next week. (I'm free only next week from the beginning, but what do you think? Is it okay?) Unfortunately, if you don't feel uncomfortable with this conversation, the service industry will have a hard time. Customer. Basically, no matter what question you ask, return it with a question As with this question, it seems that the conclusion cannot be reached without getting the background of the story. From the other person's point of view, predict what you need and give the answer in the shortest possible time. Most customer questions are patterned Is it difficult to respond appropriately?

The deterioration after the change of manager has passed. I should have explained in detail and heard opinions in advance. (1) Abolition of baths and saunas It is said that the request from the member is taken into consideration, but who is the request? It seems that about 70 members have moved to other gyms. (2) Reduction of studio lessons Studio lessons are steadily disappearing probably because the number of members has decreased. There are two 30-minute lessons in the evening on weekdays, and only one on Saturday evening. The membership fee does not change even if the service is reduced. In the first place, how about a regular holiday on Monday? Despite consecutive holidays, it is closed (even on Sports Day). I think that the service industry is bidirectional with customers, but if I don't like it, I feel that I should quit. This may make the impression of the parent company worse. Again, listening to explanations and opinions is the basis of my work. And no one was there.

The salesclerk's customer service level is too low. Do not speak to people who have been occupying the machine for a long time (1 hour or more), and do not speak to people who are training with a mask on their chin. I wonder if I don't need the staff on the gym floor. The reception is also talking with the basic staff. Even though eggplant is a major chain, I wonder why I haven't been able to properly serve customers so much. It's a shame that every time I go to the gym, the staff Arra catches my eye.
