Even when crowded you can still use the equipment at a good pace. The problem could be the showers.
This is where I go to do gym. Good facilities/equipment. Don’t know how price compares but I would say may be a bit expensive; they have promos often though so if you are really serious about gymming this is not a bad deal. Japanese-speaking staff so you need some Nihongo capabilities for communication. Well-maintained and pretty standard for a gym. Good place plus 24 hours open.
A clean, modern gym with many machines and weights in a small space. The staff is friendly. Often crowded after work hours due to the cramped room, but any other time is alright. Free showers are a plus.

Available 24 hours a day, ok to wear, new equipment, large windows allow you to exercise outside. I feel good in the smart and reasonable gym of the day. The only thing is that the elevator is quite slow, and if you go to the upper tenant while waiting, it is faster to use the stairs than waiting ...
The interior of the elevator and the area in front of the first floor elevator are very dirty. Since the cleaning of the common areas is the responsibility of the building management company, the management company seems to be inadequate.
