Perhaps there aren't many people visiting the observation park, it's like walking on a high-class carpet with asphalt covered with moss. In fact, the view from the observatory park is not good because of the various trees. I think you can only see it on the bridge or from the dam after a short walk. Although the traffic volume is relatively small, it is dangerous if you are not careful.

When you follow Old National Route 25 in the direction of Iga Ueno, it is next to Tenri Dam. The outlook is limited but good. There are spaces where several cars can be stopped, but there is no parking lot.
