I forgot that I didn't give out the card for 160 yen shopping and asked, "How many points do you have? When I heard it by mistake, I was told in a gentle tone, "I have to take out the card", so I said "I made a mistake and forgot to put out the card", but I still said "I have to put out the card ~ I don't know ~ There are only ○○ points ~ ”... I thought there was no way to serve the customer because I was young. It wasn't very polite and I didn't feel good. I don't want to go to the shops I often go to because of the impression of only one person.
