I was hoping they would have gluten-free breads but unfortunately most of their selection is 80% rice flour and 20% wheat.

It is a bakery next to a cafe near Nishi-Hachioji station. Please note that the Eat-In Corner may not be available due to the effects of corona, so please check the website etc. This shop is a rice flour bread shop and is recommended for people with allergies. In addition, all the breads are simple and tasty.
