Suginami Kuritsu Koshichiyama Park

It is located in a residential area a little from Nakasugi Dori, which connects Asagaya and Saginomiya. It is a small size park. Playground equipment has a swing and a sandbox. I don't think it was the one that originally existed, but there are some combination cars in the park, so you can ride freely. Many trees are planted for the size of the site, and in the summer the leaves are thick and the atmosphere is rather dark. There are many mosquitoes. As there are few playground equipment, it may not be enough for large children. There is also a bench so you can use it for a break.
