Fast gym first? I wonder if it's a two-floor type store. The 2nd and 3rd floors were fast gyms! Is muscle training on the 3rd floor? The 2nd floor was like a type of store divided into aerobic machines.

There is no problem if you have training experience with another gym before, but you can not recommend it for beginners. (For the absence of trainer) Aerobic exercise machine corner and locker on the second floor, shower room 3rd floor, muscle training corner Two power racks, one Smith machine, one rat pull machine (seated row), one cable machine, dumbbell 1 Kg ~ 30 kg are available I think that it is a good training environment. Since there is no Decline bench that can train the large pectoral muscle trunk, creative ingenuity is necessary.

I changed from Megalos to this one. It is attractive that it can be used 24 hours a day. The 2nd floor is a room runner and the 3rd floor is a muscle treadmill. Most of the machines in a general gym are available. Both the changing room and shower room are clean and easy to use. Since there is no trainer, I think it's good to be able to do it without being disturbed.
