It's a little hard to use because it gets crowded in the evening and the elevator is at the backyard entrance.
The people who use it, including myself, are a little familiar with the downtown area, so it is recommended for people who want to enjoy the atmosphere with a sloppy feeling. Bicycles are easily messed up at the entrance on the shopping street side, so be careful if you use a wheelchair, a buggy, or your own cart.
