We are ready for motorcycle race training. I am very thankful for all the trainers who have great skills.
In February rupture of the medial collateral ligament and the posterior cruciate ligament with competitive skiing, muscle weakness and muscular strength balance collapsed. It seems that we can return to this season by adjusting muscle strength and rehabilitation hospital alignment here. In particular, training combined with theoretical explanation was satisfying and I was able to continue with confidence. It will not come back on a regular basis as the season will start in the future, but it is even better if there is a plan that you can take at the spot.

I had been suffering from chronic stiff shoulders for more than 10 years due to desk work and gave up saying that I could not heal anymore, but going to this pressure training improved completely in a few weeks.
I simply had a bad posture (the neck was protruding when I was working on the desk), but I wouldn't be able to understand it myself unless I had to look at it by a specialist.
With one-on-one guidance, you will be able to analyze in detail where there are problems such as everyday walking, sitting and standing, and suggest training as a coping method.
I feel that pressure training is effective for less time and less work, and I especially recommend it to people in their 30s and 40s who are busy and lacking exercise.
I think it's a little expensive, but it's the same if you consider going to a massage every week. Massage is a symptomatic treatment, but I feel that this pressure training leads to cause treatment and root treatment.
Stiff shoulders and lower back pain If you are suffering from pains in various parts of the body, we recommend that you hit the gate once. You may be able to notice the drawbacks of your normal posture without continuing for a long time. The staff are all friendly, kind and easy to talk to. Come on!

I had low back pain and my physical condition was not perfect on my experience day, but I took care of the trainer and enjoyed my experience.
It is good that pressurization tells us how to use the right body. If there is a chance, I would like to continue.
