It is one of the stores that offer voluntary dishes related to Gifu in order to excite Gifu, and there is a Mino noodles limited to 5 meals each day and night in the summer (August to September). The master's lunch in Kyoto is in the form of a white dew lunch, but each time it is master's commitment to cook. When you make a reservation, you will get a bonus. I ordered tempura from 4 menus today. After lunchtime in the evening, it changes to an izakaya style, and there is also an item directly from the production area. You can also drink and smoke.
