Since there was no contact, about 20 minutes passed, I contacted the reception but it did not get the point and eventually was 50 minutes behind schedule. Meanwhile, I could not wait inside the airport because I do not know when it will come, it has been a chill to wait outside. I was also asked for receipt check and signature without a word of apology for the person who was delayed further (driver). Is not being told that it is late itself? If other arrival flights are delayed, I think there are unavoidable delays, such as pick-up concentration, but if you operate as a company, I would like you to be more responsive in case of trouble a little more.
