I love Baumkuchen! 🍩 the shop have a variety of them. But the interesting ones are too big for me to consume immediately. So I bought smaller ring. It was taken out from the fridge and I have to wait 2 mins before consuming. The taste is quite normal. Taste like ordinary Baumkuchen. The staff is very nice. She try her best to communicate with me.

When I travel to Takayama, I buy it as a souvenir for my family. It's frozen, so if you put it in a cold bag and put it on your way home, it will thaw in about half a day, so it's just right.
