Organic tea and ice cream shop in the middle of Mino old town. We had genmai and hojicha ice cream. The ice cream is made with both normal and soy milk making it very light but still creamy

It's fashionable. The atmosphere of the shop and the background music. I ordered a set of sencha. The clerk was a young girl, but she was knowledgeable and had a wonderful customer service, which made me feel better from the morning. Japanese sweets are also really delicious, and they go great with sencha. Perhaps because there were no other customers, I tried the pre-launch products. This was really delicious again. I will come again ^ _ ^ Thank you ☆

I went around noon on Sunday. The number of seats was smaller than I expected (4.5 seats at the counter, 4 seats per table), and I felt that it was not for families and large numbers of people. It took some time to brew it carefully. I received a roasted tea latte. I felt the scent of the leaves and the politeness of the taste. Personally, it was light overall.
