I came to the store to use a birthday coupon. The original chicken was sold out because it was a late time around 21:00! ️ However, I saw something that looked like an original chicken on the usual net, but I'm sure the time has expired? It was my first time to go to lunch on weekdays, and I used a drive-through, but it was crowded and it took 20 minutes to receive the item. Customers lined up outside the store as well. Looking inside the store at the checkout counter, there were two crew members at the counter, including a drive-through order taker. It wouldn't be possible if there were a lot of people, but I wonder if it's okay to increase the number of people by one or two. It seems that there is no consideration for the waiting customers.
