It was my first time to do Raja Yoga, but my body and mind were refreshed. This time, 7 people participated, but I was a beginner and asked me to adjust the level and taught me carefully from the basics to yoga poses. Also, after the words of the teacher during yoga and the time of meditation, I felt that my heart was at ease and my autonomic nerves were in order. In diet yoga, I was taught a cat-chan pose that trains muscles with a focus on core training on a one-on-one basis, refreshing my mood, and my cold body became warm to my toes, and I felt better. I was able to participate with peace of mind in a beautiful studio that was renovated from my home. Thank you for a very nice experience time.

I took an instructor training course Raja Yoga. I used to start yoga from commercially available books, but if you participate in yoga lessons, you will be able to teach the important parts. It stretches muscles that are difficult to use and tightens the abdominal muscles. I also have muscle pain (^. ^; I was able to reconfirm the importance of breathing. My physical condition and posture will change. After that, I would like to take advantage of taking the course. Thank you to the teacher.

In the yoga lesson after a long time, I participated in a mixture of about 8 people under the guidance of the teacher. I was able to know my physical condition, and my body was dull and stiffer than I expected, so it was very good in terms of grasping the current situation. Thank you for the lesson.

I started searching on the internet two years ago, and after taking a rest after childbirth, I started going again. If you are fluttering, the time of 1 hour will pass quickly, but spending 1 hour in this studio can rest your mind and body and you will be very refreshed. It will also tell you how your body works. I had a cold, but after yoga it became much easier and I could do housework. For me during childcare, the only time I have is happy.

Thank you for always taking the lesson ^ ^ The studio has large windows that open up a very open and relaxing space. It is said that if you relax your body and mind with yoga and relax with Shaversana (rest pose), you can return to where you are. I look forward to doing yoga with you in this wonderful space!
