The first floor is a public hall and the second floor is a library. The atmosphere of a traditional library & public hall. You can study at the "citizen salon" on the first floor, but on weekends and holidays, there are only students, so it seems to be difficult for working people to do. There is no outlet, and even if there is, I think that it is probably banned. I'm always worried that the public hall lobby (?) Immediately after entering is spacious and useless.

It's small and there are not so many books. And the place is a little hard to understand. I am glad that you can borrow and return books from Kokubunji.
