I remember a friend painting this building in oil painting a long time ago. Whenever you look at it, there are things that are quite budding.
(According to the official site, "Annex in a quiet residential area of Kitashirakawa. Completed in November 1930 as the Kyoto Institute of Toho Bunka Gakuin. Designed by Kenzo Higashihata. Oriental style added to the Romanesque style imitating a Spanish monastery. It is a beautiful building that has been designated as a tangible cultural property registered by the Cultural Agency. The central building (east side of the spire) has a library and a research building in front. The site is 4,228 square meters and the floor area is 2,712 square meters. It is known both inside and outside the country as a symbol, and is currently used by the East Asian Institute for Humanities and Informatics. ")
