2020/9/20 It has become a wonderful park. We also rented out one-touch tents and hammocks, so you can spend a relaxing day, and you can also enjoy the restaurants and shops of Zone3 and 4. This is a new style not found in Meieki. The Chunichi Building will also be renewed, and it may be an era of prosperity from now on. By the way, you can rent a tent or hammock for 500 yen (it seems that you only have to pay the disinfection fee).
