Hitachino Brewing Lab

I enjoyed the atmosphere of the bar and restaurant. It has outdoor seats and plenty of Indoor seating as well. I had the IPA which was good, 350ml for 750yen which seemed reasonable for the locale.

best beer in japan hands down, next to the river and in a fun area, best explored tipsy. eat elsewhere though, food is underwhelming

I’ve been a fan of Hitachino beer for a long time. This brewing lab is such a gem with their refreshing beers on tap and bottled and samplers. The mackerel sandwich is surprisingly good and pairs well with the beers. The brewery is nestled underneath the train tracks right by the river in Akihabara and offers beautiful views.

Great beer and location is nice. Food is okay but a bit lacking.

I enjoyed sitting by the bridge and drinking beer. It’s a nice place hiding in the busy city.
