The personal trainer is a charismatic female trainer who has won and won numerous competitions. The training machine is a custom-made machine, which is the only one in Japan. I have been training for about 5 years, and although I am relatively well-built, I was driven by a charismatic trainer and became a hero. It is taught from beginners to advanced players, and trainers working at other gyms are also instructed. It was taught by both men and women, and it was the best personal gym with teaching skills and atmosphere. There is a rhythmic gymnastics studio on the second floor, and it is said that children are instructed by the experience and achievements of winning the national championship in the rhythmic gymnastics competition. The studio on the second floor was as nice as the gym on the first floor.
