Don't give information on taxes and fees (just don't know?) Salesman's knowledge is too shallow (will try to sell only by car name value). No follow-up from other salespeople. They are trying to deceive customers at the store. Even the same Toyopet is so different at the staff level ... Other stores are better.

Just going to pick up something left behind did not let you forget the forgotten things because I lost it for quite a while and lent the forgotten item to the next person on the car. I also told that I had forgotten to call in advance to go to pick up at a later date. The car borrowed newly became very uncomfortable in the car full of animals' hair.
