I had to wait past my appointment time but it wasn't too long. Went on a Friday afternoon. Staff was really nice and I enjoyed talking to Dr. Lin. Glad I found him in Ibaraki.

We will make a word of mouth as a place for exchanging information. The director of the clinic is a Chinese teacher who is fluent in Japanese. (I was worried about the accent in some places ...) I didn't look at the patient from a conscientious point of view, but I felt that he was a teacher who examined ADHD and autism spectral ral, found a lot of reasoning, and made a theoretical diagnosis side by side. It's nice to be able to say it clearly, but sometimes we can't take it all. However, you're coming to the treatment because you want to get better, right? From a little above, the attitude of my eyes was very intimidating, and I felt that I was gradually atrophied and could not listen to the teacher's story properly. The correspondence of the receptionist (those who are in the afternoon) is very terrible. When I couldn't hear what I said because I wasn't very friendly and I was wearing a mask, I was asked "Huh?". When I went to talk about the receptionist, the receptionist was sitting next to the teacher, and the teacher was sitting, and the beginning of the story was "What do you want to do after all?" Did. Did you rant to the receptionist over the phone saying "You are stupid !?" He was accused of not saying that, "We are instructing that we do not have to deal with such complaints, so if it is worse than that, we will consider it as a threat and will contact the police." .. I was stunned. I couldn't say anything like a criminal. I explained this situation and told the receptionist that I would like to be instructed in response to the unpleasant attitude toward the receptionist. , I will ask you as a reference opinion. " As you can see, I could see that you couldn't give me guidance, and I felt that it was a waste of time and physical strength. In the end, he said that he could transfer to our clinic whenever it became difficult for him to go to our clinic. Needless to say, I was transferred to another hospital. I felt angry at the doctor's attitude that I never admit, and even though I went to a psychiatrist to improve my mental illness, every time I went to the hospital, I became depressed and became terrible. I wondered if it makes sense to pay for it. It is certainly a complaint, but I hope that you can find a good teacher (including yourself) by referring to such reviews, and I hope you will find it helpful.

The attitude of the receptionist is too cruel. She has a bad attitude, let alone smile. In the first place, is it okay if there is no smile when working with people? ? Every time I was depressed and I could not help it. Didn't I hear the story when I made my next reservation? Asked, "What?" I was surprised. What is "What?" .. .. ? ? I couldn't hide my surprise with such a terrible attitude that I could get through the mask. Are you a patient? When he was interacting with the receptionist, he seemed angry and said, "I'm sorry. I'll be leaving." I was working with the other side facing away, but even when I was listening to it nearby, I was sick. Anyone can think of it as disgusting. Also, on weekday evenings, it's very crowded and in a small waiting room, and it's very difficult to wait for more than an hour in a silent room when it's packed. Also, I was a little doubtful that I didn't have slippers. I don't go to this hospital now. I will never go to this hospital again.

I have been to it several times, so I reviewed it before, but I will review it again. At the beginning of my visit, I was worried about the response of the receptionists, but I think it has improved recently. However, the teacher is terrible. From the patient's point of view, it is necessary for the patient to recover from the illness, so even though he talks about things he does not want to talk about, his facial expression does not change even when he talks about a painful medical condition. I'm talking and I'm depressed. Even if you tell me that the prescribed medicine doesn't work, it can be a hassle. It's almost like being told, "If it doesn't heal, go to another hospital," and I don't feel credible as my doctor. I always go to this place far away because I can't help myself, but in the end, people say, "If I can't think of what I can do, I won't help here." I don't know what to do as a patient if I'm told to push it out like this when I'm not in good physical condition or mental condition. It simply feels like I'm not very good at listening to the patient. I'm not a counselor, so I can't say anything about it, but the doctor at the hospital I used to go to listened to the patient, and I didn't take any irresponsible treatment to turn the patient around. I feel an excessive distance from the patient. If the patient has an attitude that nothing can be done at this hospital, I would like you to introduce another hospital. Every time I go to another hospital, I need a letter of introduction from this hospital, so I go there every time, so I want you to do that much. As for how to grasp the medical condition, how to improve it, how to go to the hospital, and how to prescribe it, it is thrown to the patient side so much that I can not find the meaning of going to the hospital. I'm not a doctor either, so I can't say anything about other mental illnesses, but at least I think I should go to another hospital if I have an illness that can be cured by seeing this doctor. If I think it's too much for me, I can easily throw a spoon, and when I'm talking, it's clear that I'm saying, "Why don't you move to another hospital?" Not friendly to the patient. It seems that he wants to refuse patients who need a lot of work (patients who complain that the medicine they are prescribing does not work). I would say it strongly, but as my doctor, I have no awareness or sense of responsibility. There is no attitude to face the patient. Since I was treated like this every time, I felt that my already painful medical condition was even more painful. What surprised me was that I was told that if the medicine I was prescribing didn't work, I wouldn't be able to go to another hospital if this prescription didn't work. In other words, it's like your doctor told you that you'll never heal. I've been to several hospitals so far, but no doctor has told me that I'm not really involved in this treatment, I don't need to say it, or I'm going to chase after a mentally ill patient. I managed to put up with crying on the spot. It was really painful. I can't help myself, and it's hard every day, so even though I'm determined to fix my illness, I'm told that I can easily throw a spoon and my illness won't heal, and I have no advice on how to deal with it. .. What do you think the patient is? It's bad to say, but I don't think I've done the minimum job as a doctor. If you are a large hospital such as a general hospital, I think that this kind of treatment is unavoidable, but since I want you to see me carefully, there are some parts that I go to a private clinic, and if I do this kind of treatment every time, I feel mental fatigue. While accumulating, the outpatient clinic is rather deteriorating. Also, it seems that there is no coordination with the receptionist. If you tell the teacher directly about the documents that the teacher needs to fill out, you will be asked to tell the receptionist, but the receptionist is not informed or the teacher will make a reservation on the ○ day. However, after all, I will tell the receptionist that it will be ○ day and will make adjustments. I understand that the teacher is busy, but it is troublesome twice, and if there is no cooperation, the patient will have to tell the same thing to the teacher and the receptionist many times. Also, there is a person who listens to the medical condition before talking to the teacher, and I will tell this person about the medical condition before talking to the teacher, but when I talk to the teacher, I will say the same thing again after all. Therefore, I feel that it is not very useful for shortening the consultation time and labor. The above reasons may be the cause of the long waiting time each time. Also, although it may be to prevent infectious diseases now, I was also worried that there were no slippers for patients. That's why slippers can be kept clean to some extent by disinfecting them, but I feel that the risk of infection is higher if various people come into direct contact with the floor on which they are walking. I've seen various parts, but each visit is very tiring, so if you can't find a return that's worth it, you should consider continuing your visit.

I think the reception was good. I don't understand why the reservation fee for the examination is 1000 to 500 yen in advance in addition to the examination fee. I don't get many reviews, so if there are people who attend, I would like to know your treatment policy and your teacher's feelings.
