Unbelievably rude staff.
I've been a Gold's Gym member in Tokyo for 4 years.
I came in today with a question.
Staff repeatedly interrupted me, not allowing me to get my full question out.
I speak Japanese well enough (N2 test this year) and I know when someone is being rude.
Had to REMIND the 20ish year old girls at the counter to use keigo when talking to a customer, nevermind that I'm older than them.
What an unpleasant experience.
Great gym. Daypass available for visitors!

It's got all the right stuff

Not only are the machines old, but there is almost no space between them and they are cramped.
Also, the attitude of the female staff is not very good. Even though I had never had a conversation, I was afraid of the tame mouth. Disqualified as a hospitality business.
Since Corona, the rules for customers to disinfect after using the machine have been enforced, but it seems that they are hardly followed. As a result, an employee's corona infection was discovered in November. It would be natural to take such measures.
This is totally my personal opinion.
It seems that this facility is not sanitized properly.
The staffs call on its members to sanitize the training equipments just after using it, but unfortunately, some members do not follow the request.
As a result, the gym staff contracted covid-19.
I would like members to strictly abide by the rule to prevent for spreading out the virus any more.
Gym staffs are doing very well except for a certain staff. Keep up the good work.
