The staff are all very kind and nice. There is one shower room. Clothing, shoes and socks can be rented for a fee. Towels are in the form of purchasing hand towels, but it is not recommended because the ball will stick to your face, hair and body as it is new. Hair dryers are difficult to dry, so if you have long hair and wash your head, it will take a long time to dry. When you take a shower, cleansing, face washing, lotion, milky lotion, hair oil, etc. are not complete, so you have to bring them with you. No hairbrush and curling iron.
After that, I think it's difficult to make makeup because the lighting at the makeup area is dark.
Solid soap without shampoo rinse and body soap. Since it is said to be exclusively for women, I think that if that area is improved well, it will be more empty-handed and cheaper to go.
The trainer in charge taught me carefully, and I am enjoying the exercise that is difficult to continue alone.
I went to the experience course! This is the first time to apply pressure, but the trainer kindly explains to me, and it seems that I can go with peace of mind. The stretch given at the end is also comfortable! I'm looking forward to the future. Thank you. 😊
