The hotel out the front was the most beautiful building whilst being in the snow. The twin share room which I stayed in was quite large for Japan! The ski staff were extremely helpful & knew exactly what they were doing. The property itself was very central and easy access to everything. Our hotel host Nick and Jarrod were extremely helpful and exceeded expectation. Oz snow is amazing and will definitely be back 😊

What a fantastic location and a massive hotel that offers all the amenities you need at your fingertips. Ski in ski out what more could you ask for!!! Friendly staff, great bar and excellent room options to suit anyone's budget. The resort hosts Jarrod and Nick really went above and beyond to show us what Hakuba Gondola Hotel and its surrounding areas have to offer. If you love to mix and meet like minded people that enjoy a beer after a long day on the mountains this is definitely the place you want to be :)

Hakuba Gondola Hotel was at the bottom of the mountain and super central to restaurants, bars and convenience stores. It was such a cool vibe in Hakuba. Loved that there was a bar at the hotel which became the central meeting point for people staying at the hotel to eat dinner and catch up after a full day of skiing. Loved how the resort hosts, Nick and Jarrod got the whole group involved in dinners and activities and we all went exploring for ramen one day :)

The best location!!! Clean and actually quite a large room! (Twin share) Great inclusions and experiences. Loved how Jarrod and Nick got us all involved on the group nights too!

There was nothing positive about our experience with Hakuba Gondola Hotel. We arrived to a dirty, mold-infested, uncomfortable room which we instantly felt sick in. There was clear mold in the walls, literally dead cockroaches on the ground and absolutely no amenities or anything in the room besides an uncomfortable looking bed with paper towel style sheets. Although we didn't have a problem with a shared bathroom facility which was in the booking, the closest (dirty) bathroom was 3 floors away and literally across the hotel. There was absolutely nothing redeeming about this hotel. Highly highly discourage booking here. Room was dirty, dank, smelled bad, moldy, dead insects on the ground. Customer service was rude, aggressive at times, and very unhelpful. Closest shared bathroom facilities was 3 floors away and also dirty, smelled bad and half the stalls were out of service. We didn't end up staying a single night of our booking, we couldn't. It was so bad, we asked the desk staff what our options were considering we both have mold allergies (the room walls were clearly moldy) and he said "good luck getting a refund, no chance". He was aggressive about this. This business is a sham and ripping people off as I doubt people who see the place in person would actually want to stay there.
