As a baker of natural yeast, I was disappointed a bit because I did not have rye bread. Recently, it seems that we are receiving a lot of rice flour and make it rice cake. Maybe you make it with a koji and make it a seed. Even though it is natural yeast, the price setting is slightly higher.

I ate baked curry bread, orange peel bread, and Heidi cheese. All were freshly baked and delicious. Since the supermarket in the housing complex has closed, we are using it for lunch on Saturdays and Sundays.
